i was bored, and decided to clean up the grand prix today and get it ready to get smogged.








and you can see how the grille on the truck looks now with the matte black paint on it. matches better imo

and the grand prix is mostly stock appearance wise, and still has an intake/tune/exhaust. but i sold most of the mods i had on it a while back. but i think i want to start modding it again...
either that, or part with it and buy something rwd and v8. but it was my first car, and it'd hurt to see it go..

 

I sure do love going to the Chevy drags and the GTP club runs their cars with and against the GNX club guys in their own class. LOOOOOVE being at the finish line hearing the whine and the whistles!!

yes....engine cover says 3800.. Just like GM's Vortec line of engines, Vortec 6000 = 6.0L, 5300 = 5.3L, and the ferocious 4800 = 4.8L.

no the t birds and the w-bodies dont have the same motor. but they both are 3.8's and have eaton M90 superchargers lol

it'd be interesting to race one and see what the outcome is

she used to be much cleaner before i rear ended someone lol
would you believe that front bumper survived an accident? i hit a van going 30 and needed new headlights and a hood lol

which explains the funky paint on that hood. lol

 

i like the paint on the hood, its a reverse mirror of the ranger
