Some Latest Pics

Well I thought I would share some latest pictures of my truck. Those who follow my build thread know what's going on. Well she's going to be gone for a week starting tomorrow. By the following weekend I will get some updated pictures, I'll be in San Fran with it so I'll get some pics that day. By the way I'm going to get a new tube bumper built for the truck and not sure what color to powder coat it just have it black or paint it silver to match my interior trim. Until then here you go:

what size are the tires and how big of a lift is in that. are you going to do any fender flares cause id hate to see you scratch up that truck with some flung up gravel.

I'm running 33x12.50 on 15x8 rims. I might go to 11.50 on the next set of tires but I don't know I have a long ways to go. And I don't want fender flares.

Sweet truck man! I wish I had 33's with my 5.5 . You are getting some fiberglass fenders right? Do you still have your 06 mirrors?

Fiberglass fenders! Who puts that crap on their truck?!

Thanks Justin!

Hope fully I can get some off-road time in this year at pismo and test out the fabtec before the *Cough Camburg Cough* goes on!

I was browsing around Craigslist and found a lot of people selling or parting out explorers with 5.0, found a bunch for $500 with tranny. Dang if only CA didn't have strict laws about emissions and swapping engines. I can only dream of a mild built 5.0 with a screamin S/C on it pushing 8-12psi of boost!

Nice! I was unaware of the Camburg plans.

You can make it an OHV only and trailer it and then get the 5.0 in there! haha

Well dropped my truck off at the body shop, the guy had my hood all done. He was going to rivet on the scoop but decided it was way easier to just weld it on to the hood and it looks really good! Can't wait till it's done next week. I'm going to miss my baby though! I was going to get a picture of the hood but forgot to get new batteries for my camera.

Well the grill surround is for an 04-05 ranger. The middle piece can come out and I used a Carriage works grill, they come in powdercoat black or stainless steel. I got mine from AutoAnything they have free shipping on almost everything.

Nope Skyjacker 6" soft rides. I should have went with 4" with the belltech 6400. Now I have a little rake with the 6400 shackle, I will probably go with deavers race springs this summer when I change things a little on the front.
