Some mods to the Splash

Yeah I have been doing some work on the truck getting it cleaned up and what not.

I cleaned my truck at my buddy's house and took some pics that is his big Sierra in the background.

Not sure why the interior pics came out small but you get the idea lol.

time for a djm 3/4 for that thing for a total of a 4/5 drop.

Yeah I am waiting for the new wheels and tires then I am going to lower it I am very exited.

Order the 3/4 kit dont waste your time on a 2/3 because youll eventually want to drop it more in the future go as low as you can static dropped first.

its only a matter of time after that youll want to bag it then bodydrop it lol.

Yeah thanks the guy who owned it before me put this really small red grant on there and it was really dumb looking and it covered the gauges so when I was driving I had to look under or over the wheel so I changed it. It is a nice wheel very comfortable.

Good looking Splash man. Is it just me, or do they look different w/o the Splash striping?

Yeah it does look different, I got the truck like a 5 months ago and the stripes and what not where already off the truck. I am thinking that when I get it painted I will but black splash strips on it what do you guys think?

Personally, I like the decals on a Splash. Makes it stand out. Not too sure about the black though. You might want to photoshop different colors on it. And just for the record, leave it stock height, or lower it a little.

chevy huh, I see no chevy, looks like that truck says GMC on it to me... lol
anything is better than a bowtie, even if it really is the same thing, anything is better lookin than on of those ugly gold bowties on a vehicle....

never understood why ford had a black rear bumper on the splash, when everywhere else is painted to match the truck. i think you should paint the rear bumper to match the truck.

it is supposed to be painted body color. not black someone put that on or painted it..

Yeah I have plans to lower it a little prob a 2/3 drop and put some 17's on it. The guy that owned the truck before me I think hit something and he put that bumper on there is bothers me too, but I am going to go ahead and get the whole truck painted. The Seirra has a FabTech 9 in lift and has the 5.3 motor with a K&N full intake it is fun to go of road with him. What color Splash stripes do you guys think would look best?

thats my sierra, i dont own a ranger, but i got mad respect for yall and the offroad ones are beautiful

Well it is pretty much a custom job I am a Parts Sales Manager at AutoZone and used the universal one that we sell and some couplers and what not and ordered a mass air adapter from the internet. With my discount at work I think for everything I payed like $50 or so but you could do the same and you looking at about $60-70

well thats alot better then 200 and 300 for a kn or somethin along those lines thanks

Yeah and it works very well it improved performance more than I thought it would and helping me on gas really helps too
