Well i figure its been a while since I've posted some pictures in here, so here are a few from today. Finally got a good cleaning inside and out and a waxn after the winter.

Looks good other than the green tailgate. What happened to the old one? I still can't get used to you truck at that height with 33's and polished wheels.

 

well the winter destroyed my tailgate and needed lots of repair etc(compiling winters I should say). So i found this one at the j-yard when i was there for somthing else and the guy gave it to me for $50 so I had to snag it. Yeah Its a change from what I always had thats for sure but when it goes under the knife this summer I promise it will have bigger tires and black rims haha

 

What are the plans? SAS?

oh yeah shes still kicking. I need to get my header to end of cats exhaust re-made with 2 hi flows and then headers. other than that the motor is still real good but my stock suspension is ready to go.

I have 36" iroks right now, so I'll be startn there. I'll get a buildup thread going eventually. I got about everything i need but some random fab steel, steering linkage, and some rims.


haha i dont think I ever posted this. functional cowl mod! I still need to sand about a half inch off and repaint the lip.

Good idea on making the hood functional. Have you noticed it cooling better.

yeah I can feel alot of heat blowing out of it. Helps alot for the 302 to breathe better on the hot sticky days in the summer.

Man, I love your truck. I am so jealous of the 5.0 swap. It's so freakin' clean! I hope mine is like that when I do it.

And it doesn't look TERRIBLE with the green tail gate. At least you didn't get white.
