Hey guys!!

Its been a while... im still here just lurking in the shadows. I don't really say to much anymore since i got rid of my Explorer Sport. But anyway, here are a couple pics of my Grand Am...










So far the mods are pretty slim... more will be coming tho...

Different spoiler, 35% tint, new tires... and keeping it clean lol

Slotted and drilled rotors are coming soon, new exhaust tips, along with a steering wheel with the radio controls.

I have more mods to go on it... as the funds become available, i'll post pics as i go.

Oh and this pic... couple months ago... lady in the wrong lane... I was not happy.



I miss my Explorer sometimes... mainly when i need a truck to haul something... but gas wise, not so much lol

And just for the memories... my Explorer Sport...

I don't know as though I could be happy in a car, well not everyday anyway. I wouldn't mind a weekend car, but I just miss my truck or bike.

 

Good opportunity to get the ram air nostril hood! Hey didnt you have a trailhead before the explorer?

 

All that damage and the hood wasn't even touched... i was hoping it was to get the ram air hood too, but nope. I didn't have a chance to talk to my body shop guy before the insurance inspector came out to look at it, otherwise i would have tried for it lol

I had a 2000 Ranger XLT Sport 4x4 before the explorer...



Miles were getting high, tranny was having problems (and was out of warranty) so i got rid of it while i could lol


I like the grand am... im trying my best to make it not so much like a "chic car" lol... the ram air hood and exhaust tips will help.

Nice gagt. The SC/T spoiler looks alot better. You should check out grandamgt.com and gaownersclub.com. I'm on both, my name is 03 SC/T. Here's a couple pics of mine.

 

What motor is in that? 3100?

Hopefully you replaced the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets already...

If not check on both sides of the motor, you'll see coolant coming out right below the throttle body and below the power steering pump..

I knew you had the explorer, never knew you got rid of it..

As you can tell, i got rid of the ranger for a even worse gas hog... a ram.. lol

PS- if you are leaking coolant, i can probably hook you up with doing them for cheap... i do 2- 3 a month

 

All 99-05 gagt's have the 3400 motor. As long as his is a 03 and up he shouldn't have problems with the LIM because in 03 they changed it.

 

Nice i was looking at getting one of those for a comuter car. I found one that was to bad of price what does it get for milage. I bought my fiancee a pontiac G6 GTP which gets an average of 28 o the highway so I steal that when I can. She loves that fricken car well I do to got some pep to it and its roomy as **** with a huge trunk.

I like your car... i tried finding one like it so i wouldn't have to do all the mods, but when i was looking, non were available for the price i could afford...

Wouldn't u know it, about 3 months after i got my car, one popped up... same color as mine, for what i paid. I was not happy lol

Rocky... i should be ok, i knew about those problems before i bought my car... and just in case... i bought the extended bumper to bumper warranty. I have that till 75K miles, so before that hits if i don't have any problems i'll have my pontiac dealer check it out lol
