Sunset Photo Outtakes.
Took lots of pictures for the Photo Contest.
This is my first day with my Nikon D60. I had lots of fun and had a hard time choosing which photo to put in the contest.
Here are the ones I decided not to put in the contest.

Let me know what you guys think.
Had a great time and can't wait for the next contest.

These were taken just north of Lamoille, which is about 6 miles west of Marshalltown.
That would have been a better place to go actually, there were too many hills where I was driving around. They kept blocking the sunset, especially with the tall corn everywhere.
haha, its funny i was looking at the pics and i was like Holy shat that looks like iowa.. then i looked at where you are from, sure enough lol.. I am from SW iowa.. Red Oak.. Bout an hour away from Omaha.
Miss it like crazy.. corn, crazy a$$ colored skies, awsome storms.. Just great place.

I just got my Nikon D60 and it is easy to use. I would highly recommend getting one.
Sooner or later I'll pic one up. I barely use my Sony point and shoot now so that's why I haven't spent money on a good camera yet.
