i had to go to Henry Louisiana to get this bad boy

if zip ties are considered fabbing than yes...lol
no im thinking of using the bottom plate holes and angle the lights up

yea my dad stick welded it at his work, im gonna hit it with some paint to stop it from rusting...

They make those license plate botls that are LED's.

go to Autozone or Pepboys or whatever auto store is close to you and get some LED license plate light. It screws into the two holes in your license plate and then simple 2 wire hook up to your existing license plate lights. I got one for $15bucks from autozone and it lights it up bright as day.
