hahaha..... so i'll fill the sc boyfriend position..lol i just got my truck back on the road today, new clutch and slave cylinder. my date with the ol' girl is about to begin.

idk i have never found thunderbolts to be interesting guess because there all over around here...

actually the majority of the thunderbolts had 3.0L's

Really? I always thought the primary power plant was the 4.0.

I'm with you, though. I mean, there are none around here, but I never found them to be that much more exciting then a regular Ranger. Only reason I would love to have one is because it's newer then my Ranger.

heck i have only seen about 5-6 4.0L one's

So did they also come with manual transmissions? Because all the ones I have seen (online of course) have all been auto's.

There is nothing else special about them other then the fancy badging and stuff, right?

There's a guy up here I go to college with and he's got a thunderbolt ranger. I told him he wants to get rid of it to let me know. He said that to keep it in good running shape, it costs a lot to change all the fluids and what not. I still wouldn't mind having it. :smile

Why would a thunderbolt cost more to change the fluids in then a normal Ranger?

I think that guy is just retarded.

That's a sweet thunderbolt.

There is one around town here. I know where he works. his has a different decal down the side. I think it maybe flames or something.

Ill get a picture tomorrow after work.

Jimmeh, I believe some Thunderbolts came with a 3.0.....not to start an argument just throwing that out there. lol.

Well yeh... obviously... from what I've learned about thunderbolts in the last day it seems to me the one my bro saw was eiher an imitation or heavily modified... a ranger going a buck 20 is pretty sick though...
