Traxxas Raptor

No snow blues got the best of me. No snow for the sleds, no mud for the Brute Force. So I got a Traxxas Raptor. It's pretty fun, goes pretty fast. You can hit a curb at full speed and it will try to ramp it without breaking.

Yeah the more I drive the faster I want it to go...but then I crash pretty good and I'm glad it's slow. No real damage yet, the body is getting ugly though.

throw a brushless velineon kit in it with a lipo battery and it should fly lol. you can also start getting into gearing if you want it even faster. a friend of mine has a traxxas slash 4x4 that goes over 100 now. we strapped a GPS to it to get the speed

Wow, I think it would be broken in half with my RC driving skills. Can I upgrade the battery as it is? Just need a little more run time.

you might burn up the speed control with another battery. I got into RC's for a while and i started spending more money than i wanted to lol. I bought a quick charger, LiPo batteries, lights, upgraded driveshafts, a-arms, and a new cover all in 1 day -__-

LOL. here we goooo...

Yes you can get a higher Mah battery. stick with the 7 cell it came with, but you can buy batteries that will go for longer. (talk to your local hobby shop if you dont already know what i mean. Been in this hobby for 3 years. Love it but it gets expensive QUICK.

You can get batteries that can put out more power at a faster rate but you can also get a battery that has more power stored in it that lets it out at the same rate. (Basically) Read this.
