Icon6 Well the explorer is gone...here's the new ride!

I loved the explorer, but to be honest I got tired of paying for the gas it was sucking down. At this point in time I have no need for a awd/4wd. Eventually I will find a beater 4wd, but for now I dont need one. So I was looking on CL one night and saw someone looking to trade for a SUV.

Its a 2004 Ford Focus SVT. Has 93k miles and runs good. Has a few TLC issues that need to be taken care of, but nothing major. This will be a mixture of a DD/project. Anyway only two pictures for now as all I had was my phone and it was getting dark.

Fixed. Handling, then speed. No use in having a fast car if you can't stop it or control it.

handling/stopping is no issue as is. Handles like its on rails and it has drilled and slotted rotors on all 4 corners. Perk of it being an SVT. They fixed the two issues I had with my contour SVT. It had the power, but handling was too soft and braking wasn't horrible. It could of been better though.

It's called the 3L mod. I am well aware of it. You will go up to 240hp.

I will when I get another contour svt. It was one of my favorites and I wish I had kept it.

As badass as that would be. I will pass. I wouldn't do it to a svt focus. To a regular focus? hell yes lol

Not sure if its optimus prime, but it is transformers. It's coming off though lol. I love transformers, but not enough to ruin the look of a vehicle

So this was a straight up trade for the Explorer? If so then you got a pretty good deal.

Throwout bearing rattles so I need to replaces that. The clutch is new though they just didn't change that for some reason. Drivers window is off track and needs to be fixed. Needs tires soon and maybe brakes. Thats pretty much it though. Plans are just a fun DD for the most part. I will eventually tint the windows and do a stereo. No other plans as of right now for it
