Met up with a local jeep guy and he showed me this trail yesterday, had a blast and will definitely be going back. You local NC guys need to come up here and check this out, it has a little bit of everything. So onto the pics, I'm going to try to put them in order but I might miss a few.

So its official Trent. I just got accepted to J&W so I will be there in August.

 

Dude i wish we had trails like that here in new bruswick.

They still haven't seen any good mud yet :(

 

so how did the 2wd do?

 

Really surprising actually. It went through a couple of the big mud holes that I told the guy with the jeep to get his strap ready to pull me out. I only had to get my buddy in the bed on one of them, I was turning around and my front tires slid into one of the ruts. Didn't have to get pulled out of anything though.

The only real problem I had was going up the hills that were covered in snow, just had to keep the skinny pedal down and it slowly made them up it. Again it surprised me a lot.

lol.....i was doing some playing last night.....nothing quite like wheeling a 1wd truck!!! hill climp attempt #12 and i made it!

it's official...I NEEEEED to get my front shaft put on.

 

Yeah it makes life interesting lol. There was only one time where I had to back down and try it again, my buddy in the red ranger decided to stop and take a picture heading up one hill and made me lose all my momentum.

Well I am glad you did well. Always makes ya feel good when you can get places that most 4x4s go. So trent, do you have a L/S or open?

 

Open for now. The red ranger had a LS, he was able to go up the hills much easier due to having both tires spinning. The 4x4 helped too lol
