Looks good.....even though you are enclosing it I would put some GFCI plugs out there or at least a ground fault breaker. Ground faults breakers or plugs are worth every penny.

you gonna cover the plyboard? hope so looks umm not so pretty... look into buying the metal sheets for the sides it will look good
