I bought a project truck, a 1993 Ranger base with air as the only option. It's clean and straight but the PO broke a timing belt. He pulled the front of the engine off to replace it but chowdered the crank position sensor and bent the timing window rings on the balancer when he went to reassemble it. I am comfortable in reassembling it but I need a CPS alignment tool and harmonic balancer.

Can anyone point me right? TIA!
