What can I do with this motor and trans? I don't want to have to run a whole lot of wires. thanks

 

Not much you can do with those. People turbo the 2.3/2.5 lima motors, but they don't touch the duratec. I guess you could sell it.

 

i was kinda lookin to put it into another truck , just not sure what years i could use. I know they changed to the duratech in the mid or 01, so not sure. Thanks

 

Correct, mid 2001 they switched to duratecs. Should be a plug and play for any of those, but i'm not totally for sure on that. It'd probably wouldn't be too hard to put into an older truck if you had both years electrical diagrams so you can wire it all up properly...but sounds like too much work for me.

 

that what i was thinkin, i just didn't want to have to wire much or if at all. Will the motor mount in to an older truck easily. thanks

 

is there anything that can be done with the motor? I know its hard to find a truck with a good body and bad motor. thanks
