2.3 harmonic balancer pully

I need to know how to get the harmonic balancer off a 95 ranger 2.3. I got the bolt and washer out, but it does not have any holes to bolt a three way puller to it.

its probably rusted on there like mine was. I hit it with some good penetrating oil, then some heat and a pry bar and it'll pop off.

Help!!!!!!!!! Where did you use the heat on it mine is so stuck I hit on the back on both sides and sprayed with pb blaster.
