the other day i used my 1998 2.3 ford ranger to pull a 96 dodge 1500 with a 318 8" lift 35" tires 4x4 and went around a corner and the streeing wheel on the dodge locked up and hit the bank and rolled on its side i then used my truck to roll the dodge back over on to its wheels and then pulled it out of the dich but while i was pulling it out of the dich the engine started knocking very badly i pulled it out with the engine still knocking shut it off for 10 mins turned it back on and it was fine i drive it around still and it dont knock or tick should i worry about it?
