2.3L engine break in ?

hey, i just finished rebuilding my 1986 2.3L ranger engine and am wondering what type of oil i should use to break it in?

i like the royal purple products. but most people just use plain old oil

Dyno oil, absolutley don't use synthetic. On the old school flat tappet cam shafts it also helps to run a break in additive with zinc to help prevent the cam lobes from being wiped off.

use duralube and forget about break-in periods
