Best cold air intake for the 2.5?

Lookin to get a few more horses out of my 99 2.5, i think they're factory rated at 119(?) and that equals one very slow 4200 lb truck. anyone had a real noticeable increase in power n fuel economy with an aftermarket intake? And which have the best power:price ratio?

no one makes a true cold air intake for the truck, people running a tube that ends with a filter where the stock box would be just have short rams. in theory cai should bump power and a sri will increase throttle response but on these trucks they do niether. the 4 cyl ranger has the same intake box, filter, intake tube, as all the bigger v6's so if it flows for a 4.0 it has more then enough for a 2.5L. dont waste your money on name brand tube is tube no matter who makes it k&n or ebay. personally i would pull the intake silencer and run a metal tube to the stock box, keeps the system sealed with a paper element and wakes the sound on a 4 banger.

thanks man, wasn't aware it was more or less a useless upgrade, so i guess i'll be saving $150 or so. How about a TB Spacer? Is that worth the $100?
