Main Bearing Bolts 75 – 85 ft-lbs Rod Bearing Bolts 30 – 36 ft-lbs Crankshaft Pulley Bolts 103 – 133 ft-lbs

1. Clean all gasket mating surfaces.
2. Install new gaskets as required.

o Use new cylinder head bolts.

3. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
4. Tighten the bolts in sequence, in three stages, to 70 Nm (51 ft. lbs.) .

o Stage 1: Tighten all bolts to 70 Nm.
o Stage 2: Retighten all bolts to 70 Nm.
o Stage 3: Tighten all bolts an additional 90-100 degrees
