Running rich, codes p1131 p1132

Running rich, codes p1131 p1132
Hey guys, 1999 Ranger 2.5L running a little rich and throwing codes p1131 and p1132. What could the cause be here? Is the front o2 sensor shot? Why would both codes be thrown?
