Got a 98 ranger with the stuck clutch and brake pedal. When I press clutch in the brake pedal goes in also any ideas on how to fix this . Thanks

 

The clutch and brake pedal share a common pivot shaft and they typically use plastic bushings. It sounds like the plastic bushing has worn out and you are getting metal on metal in there. Try to spray some lube like WD40 in there to see if it frees up. If so you need to replace the bushings. Worst case would be to replace the pedal assembly but most likely not.
