clutch pedal
clutch pedal
Hey everyone
I have a 2007 ford ranger 4 litre 5 speed and last night i went for a drive everything was working perfect i parked on my drive way which is on a small hill and left it in gear and also put the e brake on. When i went to leave this morning and when i went to push in the clutch pedal i was only able to push it in for like 3 inches compared to usually having like around 6 to 8 inches of pressure when i would push to engage the clutch. I wasn't able to get it into any gear when it was running. Does anyone have any advice as to what maybe causing this issue.

The Quick Connect on the clutch Slave has come loose, it has a valve inside that closes when disconnected so fluid won't leak out and clutch pedal also couldn't be pushed down
So if its not just hanging there pull it off and reconnect it
