Project : Torching up a brand new truck!! aka hampster_1's SAS

well i still need a project name, but as for the sas swap i got the whole front end out today, and most of the metal work done, i have some minior grinding to do tomorrow, and then it all gets fabbed up!

when this is all done, It will still have to be my DD as well carry my camper! So it should be interesting to see the things ill have to get worked out

WOW! this site kicks ***, gonna get some stickers for sure! SUPER late night and long day today, I just finished all the cutting and grinding, and man s hit looks good! two days to prep and remove front end, i could of done it all in one, but hey why rush! I will take some pictures in the daylight tomorrow all finished and hooked up on the tow truck, to get moved to my buddys welding shop!

REALLY funny story, buddy has a jacked f150 with 39' iroc;s and he split his tire, and had to get a ride from deep in the bush to grab my front two tires today for the dana 44, keep in mind there still BRAND NEW and put them on the front of his full width d44 to drive home! 35 on the front and 39 on the back and it looked allright! wish I had pics but i was busy cutting and grinding

No... it will be a 3 link with fox, or king, or bilsten, or who ever we find works the best coil overs as well i hopfully will be adding a tracktion bar strigt to the rear axle, so it will be leaf with a single link

When all is said and done, were thinking around $3500 - 4000, if you price out the superlift and all the good things that do with that its not that much more

Well as promised here are the pictures from yesterday and this moring! btw the goof tow truck drive broke my rad when he hit the brakes and the whole truck slid forward Rookies... took me to hook up my own truck in order for it to get done right, the way you see it in the pictures hooked up was the way it broke my rad

to take it to a shop of a friend or something like that he said. prolly stripped it at his house easiear then moving it to the shop to weld everything etc.
