rear leafs for sas swap

ok so im planning up my sas on my 01 edge and will be getting started in a few months, i just decided to go with leafs in the rear to keep the costs down, im looking for any suggestions on which springs to get, i wanna get atleast 8 inches of lift in the rear, also any tips on where to mount them, how to mount them etc for thye best flex

Skyjacker six inch leafs worked for me. They have the pinion angle already accounted for in the bottom leaf. I am not runing any blocks and just a stock fx4 shackle so i don't know if that will make a significant difference in the pinion angle. you could probably get a pair for about $400 at a 4wheelparts if you have them delivered to a store.

Could you also use a 64" long travel kit? or would that not give any lift.


HarryTasker: Where in PDX are you? do you have any pics of your SAS?
