Have you looked for info about the D30 used in the first of the Bronco's ?

There might be something you can use... it would mean finding the parts BUT there are a lot of Bronco Part Suppliers out there, someone must have something that will work.

My 2nd radius arm arrived yesterday.

This is my new spacer. Didnt like the other setup

I didnt like the look of the other setup on the axle spacers so I did this. It's not finished but wedges fit this better. The radius arms dont look like much but I'll clean em up and fresh paint. They came used from Tom's bronco part in Oregon. I'm planning on getting 5.5 in lift coils from rock crawler. Still have to finish axle. New hubs, brackets for calipers. Not sure what goes on end of hub that you see when tires are on. It didnt have manual locking hubs. Just a cover of some sort. I've only seen them as part of a kit? More to come as I get more done. I'm an older fat, I go

As long as your transfer case is in 2wd, you won't have any road feedback.
