My ranger JUST started shaking when i turn to the right! It sounds like the power steering pump is pulsating, maybe cutting in and out? Whahhhh?? Earlier that day, I put the truck in Neutral while the truck was off and went down the driveway while manhandling the steering wheel (no power steering when the engine is not on...) Could this be the cause?
