2001 leveling kit help

I have a 2001 ford ranger with a coil spring front suspension and wanted to level it out to give it a more aggressive stance. I can not find anything online or in the forums. Is there a cheap and simple way to get 2 or 3 inches of lift?

thanks in advance for all of your help

Jack up the truck and put it on jack stands. Take your tire off and take the shocks and sway bar links out. Put the jack under your lower control arm to hold the spring you need to undo your lower ball joint. Let the jack under the lower control arm down until the spring is loose. The jack will let the tention off the spring and put the spacer on top of spring then jack the lower control arm back up connect your lower ball joint back up and put your shock and sway bar link back in and put the tire back on. Take the truck off the jack stands and bring it to and aliment shop and get one done. Thats it
note -- you may want to put longer travel shocks in so u still have some travel down
