What do you think?

You are now lifting the bed 3 inches above where it used to be supported. Are you going to be hauling ANYTHING in your bed?

Put them in, I dont like body lifts as is, but at least put on all the parts that are REQUIRED.

I didn't put mine in, but I never haul anything. Heaviest load I've hauled was a mattress lol. I haven't had any problems not using them, but I would recommend you go ahead and put them in.

I didnt use them in mine because I didnt have access to a welder at the present moment but I do plan on putting them in sometime in the near future.

Many people don't put them in and still carry loads fine without crushing the bed.
My truck came without them. I personally have carried several loads of firewood that were way to heavy for a ranger and never had a problem. It would take a large amount of weight concentrated in one spot to cause a problem.

For a compromise I have read of people using JB weld to hold them in place. The blocks only hold weight under compression of a load. Then if you want to take the lift off its easy, and no need for a welder.
