2nd Gen mild lift
I kind of briefly mentioned this question in my introduction post, but Im just throwing it out there for everyone to see. I tried searching but I couldn't find much at all.
I've been looking around for 2"~ coils, or somewhere around there for my ranger because I don't really like the idea of drop brackets and I want to have my alignment and everything close to factory spec. I plan to add a 3" bodylift along with the 2"~ coils and replace the body bushings at the same time.
What is everyone running for this kind of setup? I found these tonight:

and was wondering how they would be.
My main goal i guess you could say is to clear some 255/85/16s and still retain a decent ride. I dont mind cutting fenders, and i would pick up some prerunner fenders if there are some made. Gimme some thoughts guys

I would check out some Skyjacker 2" lift coils. They are about the same as the ones you posted the link to, but I highly prefer the Skyjacker coils. I've run both on my Gen II. You'll just need a decent camber bushing to get everything aligned.
I love the ride quality of Skyjacker coils, far better than the Rough Country. I'm running a Rough Country 4" lift kit with drop brackets and 6" Skyjacker coils. I also have a 2" body lift and am running 31" tires. Camber bushing can be found all over, Summit racing has them and ebay. I had a Hot Rod shop install the cam bushings because they needed to get it on an alignment rack to figure out what size bushing and they install the proper one.
