2wd Spindle Lift

2wd Spindle Lift
Is there a reason that there are no lift spindles for 2wd's with torsion bars?
I refuse to sacrafice ride quality and potentially making my ball joints suffer by cranking my torsion bars. Thus, if want it lfited I only have coil spring conversion and coilover kit (complete overhaul of the front suspension). Neither is cheap or something I feel like undertaking on my own.
I am thinking about going to a fabrication shop with some junkyard spindles (for reference) and having them construct me custom lift spindles from scratch. Is this a real possibility?
I am going to be changing my ball joints with in a year anyway and I have no issue with changing my own spindles and repacking a couple bearings agian (I say agian because I had to replace my rotors 2 years ago).

???
Doetsch doesnt specify wether the spindles are for coils or torsions.

What is ya'll opinion on doing this by yourself?
I've already had to change the rotors on the truck so dealing with the bearings and all isnt a biggie.
I've done a lot of easy-moderate engine work. Down to intake manifold swaps, cam swaps, throttle body swaps, etc...
I've rebuilt a briggs 8hp go-kart motor after doing all of the performance mods to it (advanced timing, smaller combustion chamber for higher compression, removing any corners in the combustion chamber so hot spots cant form, etc...)
I've never messed with suspension much, how hard would this be for me? Just to have the local suspension and tire shop replace my ball joints and do an alignment would cost me $450. For that money I can do it myself and just have them align it for $50 and it'd be like $200 off the cost of the lift spindles.
