93 ranger 4x4 inner tie rod end replacment

Can anyone tell me how to replace the inner tie rod(drivers side) on a 93 ranger 4x4? i have the fork but it won't break loose. Do I need a puller or just a bigger hammer or something else?
Any info would help
Thanks
