Icon5 '94 B3000 Front Lift

I just had new wheels and tires put on my '94 2WD B3000 and they rub a little bit when they're all the way cranked. I bought aluminum coil spacers to level out the front, but the shop I took it to said that they didn't fit. Torsion bars are cranked all the way. I'm searching for an alternative in order to lift it for the rubbing issue and the general look of the truck. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
