Adrenaline 3 inch lift?
Forget buying a kit with "lift keys"
Get yourself some factory keys from an 07 or earlier. The lift keys are indexed so extreme that their low point is close to as high as you want to go. Factory keys from a 98-07 will be able to get you plenty of lift. Go any higher than that and you'll be killing your ball joints and cv joints.
As for rear, get shackles or Explorer springs. You can also swap out your factory block for a 98-07 and gain an inch there, but too high on blocks will get you more axle wrap, which you don't want, either.

Thanks for the quick replys guys. I have cranked my stock ones up so Im not sitting like a mini van, but I want maybe 1 more inch or so. Im using the truck for work (forestry) so having it low is just not an option.
