Alignment issues???

Ever since swapping the newer spindles, rims and tires. My truck has this light nagging pull to the left, which is even more pronounced when braking. I didn't touch any of the adjusting bolts either and before it was fine. The rims don't seem bent, tires were slightly used but basically brand new known to be in good working order. The balljoints are newish, new bearings, etc. The spindles were from a wrecked truck but they looked fine. No noticable bends in them or anything like that. I don't really drive it much except to work and back down some pretty nice roads. It's possible the spindles aren't any good for said reasons, but does anyone know if the alignment specs between a 98 and 06 are different? I can't seem to find them. I might just simply have a caliper going bad or something they have about 135,xxx on them give or take so it'll probably be a good idea to get new ones and paint them. Getting an alignment would probably be a good idea anyway though. Going from 30x9.5x15 to 245x70x16.

Alex, did you ever get the pull resolved and if so what was the issue?
