i was searching ebay for a lift for the ranger and come across these torsion bars

No. Those Keys will re-index your bars and give you more lift. The Keys I had fabbed were of the same design, but 30degrees negative of what the keys your looking at are. Mine DROPPED whereas those will LIFT.
They should work BUT, you'll stress your current bars a lot more.

yah..we're all basically f'd..
torsion bars are easy to work with, but a pain in the *** to actually use...
i got so pissed...i was watchin Trucks! ans stacey was takeing a stock toyota tundra out wheeling....DAMN! his front suspension actually bounced and flexed, as he went over bumps, the ride screamed COMFORTABLE!" i swear that out t-bars are somehow just welded in....the ride feels like it, especially when u get off road....DAMN!!!

i dont know man....i dont think the tbars move at all
i've been off roading in other vehicles with springs...they seems to be a lot smoother...or, not as "choppy"..in my truck its like "BUMP!! HOLY SH*T!! BAM!!! BUMP!!!OUCH!!!" but in theres it was like "yeah.......that thing back there......that was a bump.....lets go read some poetry"

The ' B ' series are much better. If your replacing the keys for lift and don't have 1's already, I would suggest getting a set of ' 1 ' rated bars ( personal suggestion ) .

I do have the 1 bars now, but am still unable to convince myself that either the new keys or crank for that matter, are worth it. I plan to keep my truck for quite a while longer and am just worried that the little bit of lift I would get will affect the rest of the front end and cause premature wear on everything else.
Take the sway bar off, it rides better, but body roll increases alot.
The other day I took mine off and took a ride around the town and through a grass field, rode alot smoother. But on the highway, the sway bar is needed, it rolls alot. I put it back on when I got home 20min later.
