B6 4600 bilsteins a bit too hard.
Had 4600s on my old truck and it ran very smooth.
So, different truck 2011 ranger xlt, NO remote locks,
Decided to try b6 4600 shocks and finding after 1,000 or so, they aren't going to soften up any.
I've replaced torsion bar end links and bushings.
can it be softened up perhaps in back?
i bought it with 49,000 miles and all 4 shocks were shot. Take it off and drops to the floor. No gas perhaps little fluid.
My truck is a 2011 xlt extended cab 4x4 4.0.
I have only changed shocks in rear. No sway bar.
stock hight.
any help appreciappreciated.
Also, no slop in sterring, but it tends to wonder to the left.
Just doesn't feel right.
My mechanic no longer does alignments.
I've been seeing a lot about self alighnment tools, but the ones i looked at could only adjust castor and canbor.
do the make an at-home system for all settings and what would you recomend?
