BAD knock in steering

I've had this problem for some time now, sounded like bad ball joints but that didnt seem to fix it. Noise is coming from the fron of the truck, aroung the steering gear box, pitman arm and tie rods.. tried adding grease and all sorts of spray lubricant but the noise is HORRIBLE. it happens even without turning, just knockknockknock all down the road.. any help would be appriciated.. i need this fixed because it makes me hate driving!

the video is the sound, and im just shaking the truck side to side..

hmm it's tough to tell from the video as it is dark, but it sound like a maybe a bad sway bar link, or tie rod, check all of them,

Have you checked for a little guy with a hammer near your steering column. 9 times out of 10 thats what a knock is

loose shocks, sway bar links, ball joints, tie rods, camber bolts, nothing else holding it on, has to be one of those,,
i suggest but you don't tell me if you checked any ,,,

radius arm bushings? i beam pivot bushings? you have no play when you move the wheels at 3 and 9 or 12 and 6? when you have someone else move it around and you are under it are you sure it is steering/suspension related?
