Icon5 Ball joint alignment bushing?????????

Ok guys and gals I am new to this forum. I just purchased a 93 ford ranger with a 2.3l and 5speed. I noticed the driver side upper ball joint was bad(via the tire rocking in and out when shook vertically) So I run on down and pick some up got them replaced but they did not come with an alignment bushing? So I assumed I reuse the old one, so I did. now it is all back together and the same play is there no change????? could it be that just the alignment bushing is bad all wobbled out etc... If so where can I buy a new one? I searched the forum and the magic Google but found nothing but ball joints and such no bushings?
any help would be greatly appreciated

I even tried ford parts online to find a parts diagram to get a stock number and found nothing.

In case I am naming it wrong it is the round metal piece that fits into the upper ball joint hole and the ball joint slides inside it and then a bolt goes through on the side of it
