Best price on new ball joints and cam bolts?

Best price on new ball joints and cam bolts?
I tried to go get my truck aligned cause I keep wearing the inside of my tires and the shop said I needed cam bolts and new upper and lower ball joints. He showed me how wore out my lowers were and they need to be replaced. Problem is they wanted $924 total to do it all. Im quitting my job at the end of this month to go back to school and I just do not have 1k to spend. I already spent close to $500 on 2 new CV shafts, 1 wheel hub, 2 brake rotors that I installed myself.
They said I have to buy new upper control arms cause on my truck you cannot press the old upper ball joints out, not serviceable. Is this true? Im going to have to so the work myself cause they wanted close to $500 just for labor.
Where can I find the best price on Mogg ball joints for a 2003 Ranger and cam bolts for alignment? How do you install cam bolts?

Is this cam bolt for 1 side or both? Do I need the cam bushing and or the washer kit too?

RockAuto is the best spot for these sorta parts...
Locally, prices were around the $450 range for Moog uppers and lowers. RockAuto bill was about $300 shipped. This was a number of years ago, but I looked recently and prices have dropped significantly for those uppers!
Lowers should be K8695T. K8771T is for coil-spring trucks. Everything else looks good.
The question on cam-bolts depends on the brand and how they package it. Some places it's per bolt....other places it's per side. Ingalls is the brand I have and the only reason I have them is my little brother ordered a quantity of 4 and we received a quantity of 8....they were sold in pairs. Installing them is as easy as taking the old bolts out, install new arms, install new cam-bolts.
