Fix your "Ranger Lean" in 10 minutes.
This is an issue for some and i've figured out a way to straighten these things out. I just did this in 10 min today and will keep everyone posted as far as long gevity goes :)
It's all about the sway bar links for this mod. Each link is attached to the sway bar and attaches to the lower control arm. Each link also has 4 rubber bushings.
-On the drivers side link take the very bottom bushing and move it under the the bushing on top of the lower control arm (you may need to jack the truck up some to make this work). Bolt back together. This will raise the drivers side a bit.
-On the passanger side link do just the opposite. Remove the bushing on top of the lower control arm and place it under the lower control with the other bushing. This will lower the passanger side a bit.
My truck is dead level now :) Whooo Hooo!

Yeah there is a noticable increase in body roll, but I got used to it pretty quick and the truck rides much smoother. It flexes better too, its no solid axle flex but its better than it is with the sway bar in place.
Just take your sway bar off and go drive for a bit and see what you think. If you don't like how it handles then throw that dude back on. It only takes a few minutes to remove or install.

I removed both of mine a long time ago.
It's not that there's no issues, you'll have much greater body roll and you'll have to slow down on the corners. most people believe thats a good trade for flex.
when I had the stock ttb, I hardly noticed the lean, but with the SAS, it's quite a bit more, but it's nothing like the sidekick and the landcruiser that I used to drive, that sidekick was darnright scarry
But most of you are newer trucks, so I don't know what yours would be like without swaybars.
You could do like the jeep guys and buy or make some quick disconnects for the sway bar and you could have the best of both worlds.

You can remove a sway bar end link from one side, without having to take the whole bar off. It is disconnected, and shouldn't contact anything under full travel, as there isn't much (never contacted anything in my ranger or sport trac).
You will get more body roll, especially under abrupt cornering, but it will roll very smooth over bumps, dips, and allow the front suspension to work independently, as it should.
When you only remove one end link, it makes re-connecting really easy, takes less than 5 minutes.
Sorry to picture *****, but this is with the sway bars disconnected, stock suspension with a body lift (same results on a ranger).
With my ranger, I left front and rear disconnected most of the time, by removing 1 endlink from each. I hooked the front up for road trips, towing, etc.
On the sport trac, I had quick disconnects, but left the back off all the time (except towing), and kept the front hooked up most of the time (except off-road).
