Body, leveling, suspension combination?

I'm fixing up a 92 2wd longbed. I have a set of 30/9.5's I want to put on it but I'm getting a little confused with the lift I need to achieve the look and stance I'm after. I found a picture of exactly what i'm trying to get to and the writeup that went with the picture said
4" spindles/2" shackles, American Eagle 58 15x8, Offset -30, Backspace 3.3, Federal Couragia MT 30" x 9.5", Suspension Lift 4".
I'm just a bit confused on lift options. To make it even more confusing, I'm swapping in a 302 so the front is going to be heavier and the writeup didn't mention anything about their engine choice. I'm probably going to do a body lift to help create space for the motor swap also.

So my two questions are: If I have a truck, a v8, 30" tires and a body lift what else would I need to do to level and lift it like I want; And do those rim numbers sound right?

Thanks

My truck

The look I want

Hi, first off you will want to stay away from any lift that want to raise the rear of the truck with shackles.

I would do the 5.0 engine swap and get the bugs out before I lifted the truck.

Lifting the truck first then doing the engine swap will make the engine work that much harder, and you will not know the total amount of lift you need until the truck is weighted down with the V8.

Yes. I'm definitely doing wheels/tires last. I am going to have cab and bed off to repaint the frame. Figured it would be easier to mess with lifts if needed while its apart. I'll go ahead and continue on with the engine work.
