Is that piece rubber or metal? Probably would be easy as hell to make on a lathe if it was aluminum.

im pretty sure its aluminum. but the only thing is, i dont have access to a lathe. ill have to see if my dad has one. i may call up rcd and see if there is anyway to purchase them or if there is a place to buy them.

i supposed i could make them out of some tubing and a couple washers. we'll see though

ok bump...

talked to my cnc plasma cutting guy today, sent him the dimensions and he is gonna get back to me with a price and timeframe. will let yall know as soon as i hear back from him.

as for that little spacer part i was talking about that i wasnt sure on making, rcd says they are still available. part # 20-833167

says they are $5.64 each. if i cant find a way to make them, whoever buys my brackets may have to call up rcd and order 2 of these. we'll see what i can come up with first though.

And those brackets above and below it.... Maybe make 4 of those....2 where they are on the RCD and 2 bolted or welded to the Superlift rear crossmember. I plan on making my own set of those and brackets. Or maybe..just maybe making Jacob let me be the guinea on those. lol.

You know...I noticed something in this pic. The triangle differenatial drop bracket pictured, is alot different than what is sold with the kit. There's no hole in the middle and it appears as though the overall shape is different. Possibly a pre-production photo? And I didn't know u-bolts come with the RCD.

mudslanger i already have drawn up the brackets for the support bars. i will make them to adapt to the superlift crossmembers and then to the tranny crossmember. then i will be making them out of thickwall dom. its the next step on my list.

right now i am just trying to come up with what im going to do for that spacer that goes on top of the upper bracket in between the shock tower.

if anyone has any thoughts, please let me know..

but yea im going to be making the support pars also. but they will be tailored to those that have the superlift crossmembers or if you have the rcd already i am waiting on measurements from someone then im going to make beefy replacement bars for yall too...
