chevy leafs

do any of you know if chevy 1500 springs from a 2005 will work for my ranger as good as the 88-98 springs? they measure the same length

I dont see why not , but either year wont just bolt up . If memory serves me correct you have to knock off the front hanger and relocate it further up the frame .

yea i am ok with that, my problem is if they will allow as much flex as the older years. i can get them for really cheap so i might just try them out and give a review

Once again I dont see why they wouldnt , I would think the newer years would be more comfy as far as ride goes . Of course im sure it will be a lil harsh on a small truck as metioned before I say try it . I did the exploder spring swap a month ago and love em .

i was thinking about the explorer swap but i hear that because of the chevy length they flex better.
