i heard of some guys doing this but dont know that muck about it. i heard it lifts the rear about 1.5-2 inches. i rather put chevy shackles then putting blocks. 1) shackles or blocks? 2) if shackles, does anyone know where i can buy them or if i can get them in a junk yard from a chevy truck and how much will it cost me?

 

I got mine at a local auto parts store. They cost about 60 bucks.

EDIT: I'm talking about shackles. Don't go for blocks. Get shackles for sure.

 

theyre chevy drop shackles they lift rangers...theyre like 60 bucks from summit belltech 6400 i believe

 

Ummm I would do shackles. Motounpluged I think has some beltech shackles I think has some for sell.

 

I may be wrong about Motounpluged having some but someone had some for sell on here. You could also do a AAL. Which just adds another leaf and that is like 35 bucks.

 

i have an aal from the spindle lift. is it ok if i add another one? if so can it be the same one or a different one?

^^^ why do you have one mounted backwards?

and go to pepboys. they have them for $38.99. jus bought a set and they are solid.

and dont listen to wat anyone says about getting shackles from pepboys. they are just as good as any other set. autozone is the one that sells the stupid cheap ones that are not good at all.

i seen the shackles at pepboys i had a little frown cause they look exactly the same as mine but didnt know if they were for...

 

i got my shackles 30 minutes ago i'm hopefully install them tomorrow. thank you all for helping out.
