Coil Lift vs Suspension Lift?

It's with a bit of looking around and "research" that I've decided to do the 3inch Body Lift with a 3.5inch Suspension Lift. It's my understanding that with that lift, and my step side rear and flares in the front, I'll be able to fit 34s AT LEAST. Anyhow... Now that I'm shopping for a kit, I'm wondering what the difference between two different kits is.

Here are two different kits, and I'm not sure which one is better. *Referring to the Spindle and Coil Lifts for the 98 + Rangers*

I'm basically going for the prerunner look and feel for my 2wd truck. I just purchased fender flares and need to find me a good kit to put on my truck so that when I do the rear end modification so that I have Limited Slip, I'll be able to get around. Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to spend more than 6 Bills starting out. Thanks!

edit:

Also, I haven't done much research on blocks yet. Anyone have any recommendations?

I have the coils and control arms for sale by fabtech....

i bought my spindles from sporttrucksuspension.com. Spindles give a little more height and are much easier to install than the coils and arms.

but if i were you id go camburg. visit camburg.com yea its a lot of money but better quality.

blocks...try to avoid. look into AAL, chevy spring swap, Deavers or lift shackles instead...
