What do I have to do to level my 1998 Ford Ranger xlt 4wd with coil spring suspensions do I need to buy bigger coil spring? Please help thank you

 

How much is it off? You may be able to use a coil spring spacer. New springs are also an option, the old springs may have a sag. Either way, going that deep, I would check all of my steering and suspension components for wear, and replace accordingly. You will need an alignment afterwards.
