Well you have a 4x4 so you have a couple options. First you don't have springs or coils.

Next you will have to buy either the RCD lift, which is discontinued so you would have to buy used, or a superlift with the coilover conversion brackets. There is a member who will make the brackets and sell them. Buying those brackets and the coilovers will replace your torsion bars and give you coilovers with the lift that you want.

Also there is another member that can get you the dimensions to make you own brackets if you have a shop or the know how/tools to do it yourself.

Here are a few links.

and the member with the plans,

You need this.

3" - 4" Lift System · 2000 - 2011 Ford Ranger 4WD · Superlift · www.superlift.com

The coilovers need to be purchased separately.

You do understand yours is not a 97 ranger right? There's a reason they state what year of Ford Ranger the lift is made for.

Additionally, as some simple advice, you sound a bit in over your head. Just to show you the money costs you're looking at..

Superlift: 1600$
Coilover conversion: 1100$(I think)
Total: 2700$

I dunno who you will have install your lift and coil overs but you need to add that price. You're looking at nearing the price of just having an offroad shop "solid axle" your truck, I would think.
