why wouldnt you just pay someone here in the states to send you a kit so you know it would be safe or why wouldnt you order one off line and have it sent you and. Im going to come out and say it this looks like hell and not safe at all i would much rather see you sas it and know its safe then these drop brackets and those links for your torsion bars that looks like it wont work worth a damn.

I would love for you to prove me wrong i give you props for building one your self but prove me wrong get it done beat the hell out of it

Looks like it works like a lever. The lower control arm pulls down on that bar, that in turn puts stress onto the t-bar holder. If successful, this would actually be better than the Superlift t-bar drop bracket, because you won't have the t-bars hanging down so low (more clearance).

Maybe once we see the finished product it won't look so 'sketchy' lol

but if he's still got the diff hangin real low it doesnt help too much

or if he leaves the diff up and the cvs are at a terrible angle hes got a problem there.. its never ending.

That is very true Matt. At least the t-bars won't be so noticeable

Or maybe it will turn out to work just fine. Someone had to design the Superlift before it went into production. This could actually turn out to work quite well. As far as it being sketchy, I will make my decision on that when it is complete. I give the guy props for trying something different.

so your design is similar to the rough country no drop torsion, but dropping it off the front versus the crossmember

I think it looks pretty damn good. Weld it up and paint it black. Then romp the **** out of it. And let us know how it goes.

Just needs some Baja MTZ 35's.

Wow, from what I see is a lot of work, ya, but interesting the way the T-Bar is in the stock position, more clearance, even though a Coil-over would have eliminated a lot of the extra steel. A lot of thinking going on...

I am going to ask this but not to **** anyone off... what is the cost of all of the steel you are using, is it cheaper there than in the US ?

Looking good, keep the pics and info coming.

kool. I understand it.

for those wondering, not having those torsion bar hangars there makes a world of difference. Just because the diff is hanging low doesnt mean anything. on a solid axle, the diff hangs just as low, if not lower. whereas with ifs, with those torsion bars you can make the lower control arm push the diff up higher. which is turn, all you really have to worry about it getting your tire on that step up before your diff hits and youll be perfectly fine. without that stupid drop bracket, you wont have to worry about coming down hard on anything either.

good concept and design for ifs.

This project is done now.

Things came out just fine(I would like to say best but I have to kept that word after I've an off-road test) on road it's just like it was came out fro showroom, turning as smooth as it was before, high speed still the same feeling steering still under control and the total look was pretty good to me. Off road test will be coming soon.

Wel. Thanks for any comment and idea from you guys. I will post some picture with it a few days.
