Has anybody tried installing Deavers on an 07 Ranger? The bolt that holds the front eyelet on is larger than the bushing spacers. The rear bolts however fit perfectly in the spacers. Would there be any problems if I just buy the same size bolt that holds the shackle to the rear eyelet and used it on the front eyelet?

 

I had the same problem when I installed skyjackers on my 04. I used a new bolt to fit the bushings. I think older rangers used the same diameter bolts at both ends of the pack and the newer ones use a larger dia front bolt.
