I did research and f-150 coils have to be the cheapest way to lift the front, and a lot are available at my local yard, but with a cost. Alignment is apparently impossible to get back to factory specs even with the right bushings.

New I-beams are waaay too much.
I can't under stand why I cant use the original i-beams and make new mounting brackets and extend the radius arms a few inches.

I'm just trying to make a truck capable of riding dirt trails and look tough, no mudding, or rock crawling.

The lift kits for 'em use I-beam drop brackets....and trailing arm drop brackets....

no 2" kit comes with them... gotta go bigger in order to require drop brackets.

I see, so there lies my problem. Well. I could go bigger. I did plan on putting in chevy drop shackles in the rear to replace my rotting ones, ontop of my 2" blocks.
